Selling Your Property

If you are thinking of selling your home or an investment property you need two things before you can put it on the open market, a Solicitor and a Home Information Pack or HIP. Independent Mortgages Direct NE can now offer competative rates for conveyancing and a new HIP service - read on for further details.

Free Home Information Pack

You now need to provide a Home Information Pack or HIP prior to marketing your property and what better way than to do it on a "No Sale No Fee" basis.

Obtain your Home Information Pack and defer the payment for 9 months. If your property is actively marketed over the full 9 months and you don't receive an offer within 95% of your asking price you will be sent a cheque to clear the cost of your HIP which effectively makes it free.

Click on the picture above to obtain further details and order your HIP.

Solicitors To Sell

We have negotiated extremely competative rates with a quality concious local company to carry out the legal work involved in the sale of your property.

Here at Independent Mortgages Direct NE we view legal services as another part of our service to help our clients get a quality service at a reasonable price. Our partners Cinnamon are commited to providing a jargon-free no hassle service at a price that's hard to beat.

Try our on-line quotation systems for the above two services and see how much you can save. Just click on the logo to get your quotation.
