+ £25 If the property is unregistered (this is very rare these days)

+ £75 Deferred Payment for 9 months

All packs have a "Legal Review" which is not mandatory but ensures compliance.
Deferred payment HIP - This product defers payment for 9 months then has an option to roll the payment into a monthly payment scheme if necessary.
